Gladiator Sandals, let’s leave them for the Romans!

I have been seeing gladiator sandals pop up in a lot of shoe stores. They go from the basic leather to the ornate with gold. Celebs have definitely been seen with them. I haven’t really seen them on the average Jane. Is this a fad or a trend with some staying power? They look a little too strapy to be comfortable.

What are your thoughts? I say let’s leave them for the Romans.

Virtual Fashions – An entire new world.

Have you heard of the virtual world SecondLife? I know next to nothing about it. Apparently you can buy and sell virtual clothes for your character. They actually have some pretty cute things.
Here is a sample of some of the clothes you can buy. Does anyone know if you have to try these things on?

If you would like to see more of these virtual fashions check of Camie Cooper’s blog where she posts them. Again, I have not idea of how this stuff works. If anyone wants to try and fill me in please try.

80s Fashion Hypercolor T-Shirts

Ahhh, the eighties. Big hair, bright colors, bad perms, and hypercolor tee-shirts. These are the shirts that changed color when you touched them due to the heat. You could have a big ol’ hand print on your shirt and your friends would be amazed!

The 80s and 90s were great decades for fashion. One of my favorite outfits I had during this time include my purple hypercolor shirt, purple knee length denim shorts rolled up, purple hypercolor socks (yes, they made socks too), and purple high top Reebok shoes. To top it all off, my outfit was complete with a slap bracelet and a tee-shirt tie! Now that is hot!

Here is a classic for the dork in all of us. Only on word does this justice.

Simply pop two AAA batteries into the concealed pack, push a button and voila! Amazing animated glowing old skool gaming on your chest. The two automated computer players are very talented and never seem to miss a shot… but you might want to watch for several hours just to be sure.

The Animated Retro Table Tennis Shirt looks best in a darkened room… but that should be no problem since you spend most of your time gaming in the basement.

These are some Error panties. I think the error here would be to actually wear these. Can you imagine the conversations that these little panties would bring up in certain situations. Im not sure thats what your looking for.

The GeeKISSexy Babydoll is pretty cute though and I can see many wearing this. Apparently being a geek is the new cool and this is one geeky way of showing this new trend.
