Gladiator Sandals, let’s leave them for the Romans!
I have been seeing gladiator sandals pop up in a lot of shoe stores. They go from the basic leather to the ornate with gold. Celebs have definitely been seen with them. I haven’t really seen them on the average Jane. Is this a fad or a trend with some staying power? They look a little too strapy to be comfortable.
What are your thoughts? I say let’s leave them for the Romans.
I actually like some of the less “harsh” looking styles of gladiator, but agree that many goo too far! However the more strappy and ornate jewelled sandals that have recently cropped up are really cute, love them!
Actually there do exist beautiful and comfortable gladiator sandals – although they are not knee-high (I can’t imagine walking in such a “leather stockings”. Ankle-high ones are good…

The Sandals are stylish and also I hope they are very comfortable.They can be used in all the seasons.And they are also available in more colors.
I’ve gotten mostly positive comments when I wear mine. They are more comfortable than some might think.
The Olsen sisters are wearing some of the more extravagant, high-end fashion gladiator sandals. As Amber Girl and Polina pointed out there are many other styles of gladiators available. Some of the more low-fashion, classic styles have been worn by celebs (and non-celebs) over the past decades. Especially these styles seem to have stood the test of time.

Gladiator sandals are almost in trend and very stylish.Best paired for mini skirts and shorts.They look very comfortable when worn.
