Actually that utility kilt isn’t such a bad idea! It can get pretty hot on work sites so I’d imagine the kilt would keep air circulation up
They are skirts, before you say anything I am Scottish - those things in the photos are just skirts with tools in them. I know a proper kilt is unrealistic for what they are going on about (as is getting builders to wear anything remotely like a kilt in the first place), but they could definitely butch them up a bit. Also, the prices you listed would be extremely cheap for a real kilt.
